Wella Company is seeking a Senior Customer Operation Specialist to join the EMEA Order to Cash team in Łódź. You will own the end-to-end order cycle, resolve customer queries, and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Accounts Receivable to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English is a must.
• 4+ years in Customer Service.
• Strong SAP experience (3+ years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for your customer portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Handle customer queries with ownership and professionalism.
• Accurately process high volumes of orders in SAP.
• Coordinate product availability and delivery timelines.
• Validate pricing and support contract updates.
• Resolve complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize logistics for efficient and cost-effective deliveries.
• Take full ownership of customer service quality.
