Job summary

Wella Operations US LLC is seeking a Customer Operation Specialist to join our EMEA Order to Cash team in Łódź. You will own the end-to-end order cycle, resolve queries, and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and AR to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will join a newly established team and help shape how we work from the start. Some travel may be required, with start date targeted for January 2026.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in Customer Service.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Strong SAP experience (2+ years preferred).
  • Customer-focused and relationship-oriented.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for your customer portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Handle customer queries with ownership and professionalism.
  • Accurately process high volumes of orders in SAP.
  • Coordinate product availability and delivery timelines.
  • Validate pricing and support contract updates.
  • Resolve complaints and implement corrective actions.
  • Optimize logistics for efficient and cost-effective deliveries.
  • Take full ownership of customer service quality.
  • Ensure KPIs are met.

Reports to: Customer Operation Senior Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Customer Operation Specialist to join our growing EMEA Order to Cash team at our SSC in Łódź.

In this role, you’ll be a key link between our business and our customers. You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end order cycle, resolve customer queries and work closely with Sales, Supply Chain and Accounts Receivable to ensure a seamless customer experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, builds strong relationships and knows how to turn challenges into solutions.

And there's more: you’ll be joining a newly established team and helping shape the way we work from the very beginning. Some team members are already on board, and we’re now looking for a few more talented people to complete the team.

Some business travel may be required, with further details shared during the recruitment process. The planned start date is January 2026and will be confirmed at a later stage.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
