Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist to support analytics and KPI tracking across our consulting delivery network. The role involves driving process improvements, analytics, and reporting to leadership while supporting budgeting and utilization targets.

You will work with HR, Finance and other functions to streamline workflows, ensure accuracy, and deliver timely insights. Polish and English communication are essential in a dynamic, hybrid Wrocław environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI and Power Automate preferred.
• Proficiency in Polish language.

Responsibilities

• Drive KPI tracking and analytics across business delivery, learning and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Analyze budgets, productivity and utilization; perform ad hoc assessments.
• Collaborate on budgeting and headcount utilization targets.
• Provide timely reports, presentations and insights to leadership.
• Work with HR, Recruitment, Finance and other departments to streamline processes.
• Prepare and quality-check reports and maintain process documentation.
