Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist to support analytics, KPI tracking, and budgeting across the consulting teams. You will work with HR, Finance, and other departments to deliver timely insights and drive process improvements.

The role requires strong analytical skills, 4+ years of experience, English communication, and Polish language proficiency, with a hybrid work arrangement in Wrocław.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by supporting KPIs in business delivery, learning and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation that add value for stakeholders.
• Conduct regular analyses of budgets, productivity, and utilization, along with ad hoc assessments to meet business needs.
• Collaborate on the budgeting process by developing the Market Leadership Plan for headcount and utilization targets.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to consulting teams and leadership, providing timely reports, presentations, and insights.
• Work cross-functionally with HR, Recruitment, Finance, and other departments to streamline processes and resolve challenges.
• Prepare and quality-check reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain comprehensive process documentation for future reference.
