Job summary

EY GDS Poland in Wrocław/Katowice is seeking an Engagement Business Partner. You will serve as the Finance single point of contact for senior Engagement Partners and Managers, guiding engagement lifecycles from opportunity to final record archiving. This is a hybrid role with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.

You will lead OEL tasks, coordinate with CoEs, manage risk, and support annual external audits, contributing to profitable growth and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a client-facing or finance-related role within professional services or corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as Finance single point of contact for Engagement Partners and Managers.
• Oversee OEL tasks and ensure timely delivery with CoEs.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to uplift compliance and revenue stability.
