Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) in Poland is hiring a Senior Manager to lead complex client transformations in Supply Chain & Operations across manufacturing, planning and end-to-end operations. You will drive growth, shape transformation programs and collaborate with EY member firms and client executives.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in supply chain/operations, deep expertise in planning, manufacturing and S&OP, and a proven track record of leading multi-country engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning or Operations Transformation.
• Strong expertise in Manufacturing Operations, Supply & Demand Planning, Production Planning & Scheduling, Inventory Optimization, S&OP / IBP, Logistics or Network Planning.
• Experience with supply chain and planning technologies such as SAP IBP, O9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, OMP, SAP APO or SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs from strategy through implementation and value realization.
• Track record of managing complex global engagements and multi-country teams.
• Strong understanding of operating models, process improvement and digital transformation.
• Consulting experience within a leading consulting firm preferred.
• Industry experience in one or more sectors: Consumer Products & Retail, Life Sciences, Industrial Products, Chemicals, Automotive, or Manufacturing & Engineering.
• Master’s degree in Supply chain, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing or related field (MBA preferred)

Responsibilities

• Drive growth across Europe through client development, pursuits and strategic engagements.
• Lead proposals, RFPs and build trusted relationships with senior Supply Chain & Operations stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end Supply Chain transformation programs from strategy to implementation.
• Advise clients on planning, manufacturing and operating model optimization while ensuring successful delivery.
• Provide expertise across IBP, S&OP, Production Planning, Inventory Management and Digital Manufacturing.
• Lead assessments, workshops and transformation roadmaps to improve operational performance and supply chain maturity.
• Mentor and develop consulting professionals across the Supply Chain & Operations practice.
• Drive capability building, recruitment and growth of the Manufacturing & Planning team.
