Job summary

EY GDS Poland invites applications for a People Analytics Senior Analyst to deliver reporting and analytics solutions supporting strategic workforce decisions. You will enable data-driven insights through BAU, compliance, and management reporting, involving dashboard development and advanced analytics.

You will work with global stakeholders, Talent and Digital teams to design scalable reporting solutions and enhance HR systems like SuccessFactors. A hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience delivering reporting and analytics in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Hands-on with Power BI, SQL, and Advanced Excel.
• Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Oracle.
• Experience collaborating with global stakeholders and geographically distributed teams.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in a global context.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Deliver BAU, compliance, legal, strategic, and management reporting.
• Collaborate with Consulting, Analytics, Talent and Digital teams to develop scalable reporting solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain dashboards and visualization tools for actionable insights.
• Support advanced and predictive analytics initiatives to inform leadership decisions.
• Gather and translate complex business requirements into reporting solutions.
• Develop and enhance HR reporting solutions such as SuccessFactors to meet business needs.
• Monitor data quality, integrity, and usability across reporting environments.
• Drive process improvements and automation in reporting workflows.
