Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) in Poland is seeking an English-speaking Project Coordinator with strong Excel and Power BI skills to support our operational excellence agenda. The role combines coordination with hands-on reporting and automation to deliver high-quality outcomes across multiple stakeholders.

You will build robust data reporting, manage budgets and costs for programs, and drive cross‑team collaboration.

Qualifications

Fluency in English and Polish.
Experience in tool support, reporting, coordination, and continuous improvement.
Proven ability to work in multi-stakeholder environments and drive topics to completion.
Ability to create high-quality materials (presentations, reports) and deliver training sessions.
Capacity to work under time pressure while maintaining high quality and service standards.

Responsibilities

Act as the coordinator between multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
Develop and maintain clear project reporting to support decision-making.
Coordinate internal initiatives such as workshops, trainings, Town Halls and team events.
Drive operational excellence in planning and execution of internal activities.
Ensure smooth logistics, communication and stakeholder alignment for events.
Build and maintain Excel- and Power BI-based reporting solutions.
Data validation and quality checks across reports.
Collaborate with Finance and leadership on forecasting and budget optimization.
