Job summary

EPAM Systems in Warsaw is seeking a Senior End-User Support Engineer to provide both face-to-face and remote help to users at the office. The role involves configuring hardware, printers, and scanning tools, plus leading software installations and resolving technical hurdles.

You will manage incident tickets end-to-end, perform server-room maintenance, and coordinate with network engineers to ensure SLA-compliant service. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in a similar IT support role.
• Solid understanding of network fundamentals and troubleshooting methods for addressing connectivity issues.
• Experience with Windows endpoint administration and device management.

Responsibilities

• Provide end users with face-to-face and remote assistance at the Warsaw location.
• Configure and set up computer hardware, systems, printers, and scanning tools.
• Lead software installation work and resolve technical hurdles along the way.
• Manage incident tickets from submission through to resolution with SLA adherence.
• Execute regular maintenance in the server room to keep equipment functioning smoothly.
• Coordinate with service providers and network engineers to fix technical problems.
• Oversee cabling and hardware inventory records.
