C.H. Robinson Company in Warsaw is seeking an Ocean Export Agent to join our Global Forwarding team. You will manage end-to-end ocean export shipments, ensure documentation compliance, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will work on-site three days per week with flexible remote options, collaborating with customers, carriers, overseas offices, and internal teams to deliver reliable import solutions and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of ocean export experience with a forwarder.
• Fluency in English and Polish.
• Strong knowledge of ocean export documentation, international shipping processes, and supply chain operations.
• Excellent customer service, communication, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage ocean export shipments from origin through final delivery while ensuring compliance with customer SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate bookings, shipment tracking, customs documentation, arrival notices, delivery arrangements, and invoicing activities.
• Monitor shipment milestones and proactively resolve transportation, documentation, and service issues.
• Collaborate with carriers, overseas offices, agents, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Build strong customer relationships through timely communication, issue resolution, and service support.
• Provide shipment status updates, operational reporting, and documentation support to customers and stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to service, quality, and efficiency initiatives.
• Participate in customer reviews and support business growth through exceptional service delivery.

Compensation Range

zł84,800.00 - zł170,000.00
