Qualifications

• At least 3 years of ocean export experience with a forwarder.
• Fluency in English and Polish.
• Strong knowledge of ocean export documentation, international shipping processes, and supply chain operations.
• Excellent customer service, communication, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Manage ocean import shipments from origin through final delivery while ensuring compliance with customer SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate bookings, shipment tracking, customs documentation, arrival notices, delivery arrangements, and invoicing activities.
• Monitor shipment milestones and proactively resolve transportation, documentation, and service issues.
• Collaborate with carriers, overseas offices, agents, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Build strong customer relationships through timely communication, issue resolution, and service support.
• Provide shipment status updates, operational reporting, and documentation support to customers and stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to service, quality, and efficiency initiatives.
• Participate in customer reviews and support business growth through exceptional service delivery.

As a successful Ocean Export Agent, you will manage end-to-end ocean export shipments, ensuring seamless transportation, documentation compliance, and exceptional customer service. You will work closely with customers, carriers, overseas offices, and internal stakeholders to deliver efficient and reliable import solutions. At C.H. Compensation

Compensation Range zł84,800.00 - zł170,000.00 The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across the entirety of the country this requisition is posted in. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by work location, which takes into account geographic cost of labor, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
