DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

Support transportation planning, shipment execution and documentation while learning global Control Tower operations.

• Support road and ocean transportation execution.
• Maintain shipment information within SAP and Transportation Management Systems.
• Prepare Shipping Instructions, Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists.
• Support carrier bookings using customer and carrier platforms.
• Monitor shipment milestones and escalated exceptions.
• Support freight invoice validation and operational reporting, Documentation.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures and identify improvement opportunities.

Compensation Range

zł52,600.00 - zł105,400.00 The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across the entirety of the country this requisition is posted in.
