Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Network Operations environment.
• Strong knowledge of LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Next-Generation Firewalls and DHCP.
• Experience with incident management, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Understanding of servers and cloud infrastructure.
• Industry certifications (Aruba, Palo Alto, EfficientIP) are a plus.
• Excellent organizational, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and transition of the NOC function, including tools and processes.
• Monitor network infrastructure, analyse alerts and drive service restoration.
• Lead investigations of complex incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to proactive problem management.
• Improve monitoring coverage and overall service visibility.
• Review network and firewall changes and ensure configurations are up to date.
• Maintain documentation and CMDB accuracy; back up networks as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve incidents.
• Develop scripts, automation, and AI-driven improvements to NOC efficiency.
• Coach and mentor NOC engineers and drive continuous improvement.

What you will do:
