Network Operations Engineer (NOC)
We are looking for a Network Operations Engineer to help build and develop our Network Operations Center (NOC) function and ensure reliable, secure, and efficient network services.
What you will do:
- Support the setup of the NOC function, including tools, processes, and ways of working.
- Support the transition of network services from third-party providers to the internal team.
- Monitor network infrastructure, analyse alerts and performance metrics, and respond to incidents.
- Troubleshoot network issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive service improvements.
- Manage incidents, implement approved network and firewall changes, and ensure systems are patched, configured, monitored, and backed up.
- Maintain documentation, configuration records, and CMDB accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues.
- Develop scripts and automation solutions to improve efficiency, including exploring AI opportunities in NOC operations.
- Support and coach junior NOC engineers.
What we are looking for:
- 2–5 years of experience in a Network Operations environment.
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies, including LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Next-Generation Firewalls, and DHCP.
- Understanding of related infrastructure technologies (e.g., servers, cloud platforms).
- Experience with network monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Aruba, Palo Alto, EfficientIP) are an advantage.
- ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Salary range in Poland: 10 900- 13 600 zl. gross.
Final offer depends on candidate's experience and competence.
