HedgeServ in Krakow is expanding its Middle Office presence to serve a growing global client base. The role offers exposure to trade and cash processing, risk and investor services within a collaborative, metrics-driven environment.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of middle office experience, strong Excel skills, and a passion for process improvement, working with Dublin, New York, and Sydney teams as part of a global platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance required.
• 3-5 years in a fast-paced middle office or similar.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with OTC and listed products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review trade and cash details for settlement accuracy.
• Process cash settlements of resets, option premiums, and net cash.
• Ensure accuracy of trade bookings and end-of-day pricing.
• Communicate with clients on systems and trade queries.
• Collaborate with middle office, NAV, IT, risk and investor services.
• Support tech initiatives to improve client processes.
