HS Financial Technologies in Krakow is expanding its Middle Office presence to support a growing client base and strengthen links with Dublin, New York, and Sydney offices.

The role focuses on reviewing trades, settling cash, ensuring accurate bookings, and partnering with NAV, IT, risk, and investor services to deliver high-quality client service. Hybrid/remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills with problem solving ability
• Able to interact with market stakeholders to resolve position and cash breaks
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Review the trade and cash details of trades in the market
• Confirm and process the cash settlement of Resets, Option Premiums and Net cash figures
• Ensure the accuracy of all trade bookings, end of day pricing, and client deliverables
• Effectively communicate with clients assisting with all systems and trade related queries
• Work closely with middle office, NAV, IT, risk, and investor service teams
• Support the implementation of technology solutions to improve client processes with the business development team
