Job summary

As a Senior MicroStrategy BI Developer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, optimizing, and enhancing advanced business intelligence solutions. This position is critical to ensuring high-performance data environments, successful migration projects, and delivering actionable insights to enterprise clients. You will leverage your expertise to mentor development teams, stabilize complex BI assets, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary stakeholders to support HCLTech’s mission of delivering innovative, data-driven solutions.

Skill Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive hands‑on experience in advanced MicroStrategy development, including dashboard/report creation and schema design.
• Strong proficiency in SQL optimization, data modeling, and performance analysis.
• Proven track record in BI asset migration, conversion projects, and post‑migration stabilization.
• Experience with Python or similar scripting languages for automation and integration tasks.
• Familiarity with API integration in BI environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and estimation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead development teams.

Other Requirements (Optional)

• MicroStrategy certification(s) or equivalent credentials.
