Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Delivery Lead to drive seamless technical delivery and knowledge transfer across client accounts. You will anchor KT activities, align cross-functional teams, and safeguard continuity, delivering maximum value with minimal disruption to services.

You will lead transition planning, risk management and hypercare, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining governance artifacts, and ensuring auditable transition readiness to support high-quality outcomes for enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant technical and delivery experience.
• Strong delivery knowledge with MicroStrategy or similar BI platforms.
• Proven project coordination and engagement management skills within large, complex technical environments.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective customer engagement and internal team alignment.
• Demonstrated expertise in risk identification, tracking, and mitigation strategies.
• Meticulous documentation discipline and familiarity with transition/hypercare best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of knowledge transfer (KT) activities, including structured shadowing and supervised project execution.
• Coordinate and facilitate role-for-role transitions, ensuring that all relevant technical and support staff are aligned around delivery priorities and milestones.
• Implement and monitor quality gates to uphold delivery standards during transition and hypercare periods.
• Proactively escalate… and resolve technical issues, minimizing delivery risks and ensuring smooth customer experiences.
• Manage customer coordination through regular communication, status reporting, and issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain critical project documentation, including KT plans, transition trackers, risk logs, dependency trackers, and handover sign-offs.
• Oversee the creation and execution of comprehensive hypercare plans post-transition.
• Ensure complete and auditable transition readiness documentation, supporting governance and compliance requirements.

Other Requirements (Optional)

• Professional certifications in MicroStrategy, PMP, ITIL, or Agile methodologies are highly advantageous.
