Job summary

HCLTech in Poland is seeking a MicroStrategy BI Developer/Consultant to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that enable data-driven decisions for global clients. You will ensure high-quality BI deliverables, stable reports, dashboards, and smooth migrations across environments.

The role requires hands-on MicroStrategy development, strong SQL, and excellent communication. Collaborative work across teams and adherence to QA and migration best practices are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven MicroStrategy development experience including schema, reports, dashboards.
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling knowledge.
• Experience deploying BI solutions and release cycles.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize MicroStrategy schema objects, reports, dashboards, dossiers.
• Build and implement transaction services; manage BI lifecycles end-to-end.
• Migrate BI assets across customer environments with minimal downtime.
• Support enhancements, troubleshoot defects, and aid release verification.
• Document deployment checklists, migration packs, schema updates, handover notes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; KT and shadowing during transitions.
• Adhere to QA standards and BI migration best practices.
