Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an L3 specialist to serve as the technical escalation point for the enterprise Collaboration ecosystem. You will resolve major incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement durable fixes while managing Microsoft 365 tenant settings for security and compliance.

The role blends deep expertise in Teams, Exchange, SharePoint and OneDrive with tenant administration, Entra ID controls, and robust documentation. A hybrid-friendly environment supports growth and learning.

Qualifications

• Expert Microsoft 365 Collaboration across Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive.
• Strong Identity & Access fundamentals: Entra ID MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC; PIM a plus; Okta/SSO concepts (SAML/OIDC) a plus.
• Strong PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API; structured troubleshooting; excellent documentation habits
• ITIL practices: Incident / Problem / Change; RCA mindset; stakeholder communication

Responsibilities

• Resolve major and complex incidents; drive root-cause analysis and durable fixes.
• Administer the collaboration tenant/platform configuration to ensure security, compliance and consistent service quality.
• Operate within an ITIL-aligned model combining collaboration expertise with platform administration.
