Job summary

Kyndryl Inc. in Poland is seeking an L2 Digital Workplace Specialist to support day-to-day operations of Microsoft 365 services, Citrix environments and identity access solutions.

You will handle incident resolution, standard changes, and user access tasks in an ITIL-aligned setup. The role focuses on Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Active Directory and Entra ID, with escalation to L3 for complex issues.

Qualifications

• L2 support experience for Microsoft 365 services and Citrix environments.
• Knowledge of identity and access management and governance.
• Familiar with ITIL-aligned operations and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Level 2 incidents and service requests across M365 and Citrix environments.
• Troubleshoot Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Citrix access issues.
• Follow documented procedures and escalate complex cases to L3 with evidence.
• Perform standard access management for users, groups, and licenses.
• Maintain runbooks and knowledge articles; ensure governance compliance.
• Support identity services (Entra ID) and RBAC changes.
• Monitor service quality and perform initial health checks after changes.
• Participate in CAB for standard changes.
