Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an L3 specialist to be the technical escalation point for the enterprise Collaboration ecosystem. You will resolve major incidents, drive root-cause analysis, and administer the collaboration tenant and platform configuration to ensure security, compliance and consistent service quality.

Qualifications

• Expert Microsoft 365 Collaboration: Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive.
• Strong Identity & Access fundamentals: Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC; SSO concepts a plus.
• Strong PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API; RCA mindset and structured troubleshooting; ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

• Resolve major and complex incidents in the collaboration ecosystem.
• Drive root-cause analysis and durable fixes.
• Administer Microsoft 365 tenant settings and access controls.
