Zusammenfassung

Kyndryl is seeking an L2 Digital Workplace Specialist to support day-to-day operations across Microsoft 365, Citrix, and identity services. You will handle incident resolution, access management, and runbook execution to ensure reliable service delivery in a hybrid environment.

The role emphasizes governance, documentation, and collaboration with L3 for complex cases. English proficiency required; knowledge of French or Italian is a plus for account scope.

Qualifikationen

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 collaboration services (Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive/Exchange Online).
• Experience with Citrix CVAD, XenApp or VDI environments.
• Strong AD/access management experience.
• Basic knowledge of Entra ID, hybrid identity, RBAC.

Aufgaben

• Resolve Level 2 incidents and service requests across Microsoft 365, Citrix, and access services.
• Troubleshoot user-facing issues related to Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Citrix access, sessions and login delays.
• Perform diagnostics and apply fixes per documented procedures; escalate to L3 as needed.
• Perform standard administration tasks for mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint sites, permissions, licenses.
• Follow governance rules and runbooks; support security/compliance activities.
• Collaborate with L3 for escalations and continuous improvement of processes.
