Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in EUC/UEM/Device Management with Tier-3 troubleshooting responsibilities.
• Experience delivering standards for packaging, patching and compliance at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead L3 engineering work: complex troubleshooting, patch/vulnerability strategy, automation at scale, and delivery governance (rings, pilots, phased rollouts).
• Lead RCA/Problem activities, secure changes through CAB discipline, and enable L2 through runbooks and coaching.
