Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an L2 specialist to act as the technical escalation point for the enterprise Collaboration ecosystem. You will resolve major incidents, drive root‑cause analysis, and manage platform configuration to ensure security, compliance and consistent service quality.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in Microsoft 365 collaboration or platform administration.
• Experience in Level-2 operations, incident handling and standard change execution.
• English: professional working proficiency; French (B2) or Italian (B2) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as Tier-3/ SME for enterprise Collaboration.
• Resolve major incidents and drive root-cause analysis.
• Manage Microsoft 365 tenant settings and access controls to ensure security and compliance.
• Support and improve collaboration platform administration across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online.
