Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Manager, Product Management to lead the Structured Storage Platform within the Infrastructure team. You will own the product roadmap, drive strategy, and oversee metrics to ensure scalable, cost‑efficient cloud storage for RelativityOne.

You will collaborate with engineering and partner teams, translate customer insights into roadmaps, and guide iterative releases that improve performance and reliability while shaping go‑to‑market plans for infrastructure capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management building and delivering custom software.
• 1+ years of experience inspiring, managing, and coaching Product Owners as direct reports.
• Demonstrated strong execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented while maintaining focus on strategic objectives and long‑term outcomes.
• Excellent communicator and presenter, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or comparable practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for Structured Storage.
• Work directly with Product Leads to help build a strategy and goals for their product(s).
• Track and reports on key product metrics that are relevant to your domain and expected outcomes.
• Facilitate cross‑functional communication to align stakeholders on priorities and outcomes across infrastructure domains.
• Break down complex projects into iterative releases, ensuring measurable milestones for improved system performance and scalability.
• Develop customer‑facing documentation and release notes specifically related to platform updates and improvements.
• Work with internal stakeholders to align go‑to‑market strategies for new infrastructure capabilities, ensuring a seamless rollout to customers.
