Bristol Myers Squibb in Warsaw seeks a Senior Manager, Non-Employee Workforce to lead the Contingent Labour program across the UK and Ireland, with the role base in Poland. You will partner with HR COEs, MSP and VMS teams to operationalize processes, technologies and resources for multi-channel talent acquisition.

You will oversee MSP/VMS operations, drive performance metrics, ensure compliance and governance, and build strong stakeholder relationships while delivering best-in-class contingent

Formación

• 5-7 years in contingent workforce management experience (MSP or enterprise).
• Working knowledge of labour and employment laws.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Strong problem solving and experience with performance metrics and SLAs for contingent staffing.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High initiative, ability to multi-task, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day functions of the MSP and VMS teams and demonstrate mastery of required services and processes.
• Implement total talent and innovation strategies to meet KPI and SLA targets across TA partners.
• Maintain knowledge of the pharma industry, markets, competition, and financial positions.
• Provide subject matter expertise in the contingent workforce landscape and advise on strategy.
• Partner with procurement, global teams and suppliers to govern the program and ensure compliance.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders across HR, procurement, contracts, and cross-functional teams.
• Enforce program policy, contracts, and resolve day-to-day issues with MSPs and end users.
• Ensure SOPs are maintained and updated; monitor staffing levels and drive strategic initiatives.
• Oversee the Contingent Labour Program in partnership with Master Service Provider to meet staffing needs.
• Monitor workforce trends to optimize sourcing and partner with procurement on diversity goals.
