Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Sr. Manager to lead the Contingent Labour Program delivery for the UK/Ireland from our Warsaw office.

You will partner with MSP and VMS teams, HR COEs, and suppliers to operationalize processes, technology, and resources across multi-channel talent acquisition. The role focuses on program governance, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement, ensuring quality service and high user satisfaction while aligning with regional and global talent strategies.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in contingent workforce management experience (MSP or enterprise).
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong problem solving and data analysis skills; experience with performance metrics and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day MSP and VMS operations and ensure service levels.
• Collaborate with HR COEs, procurement, contracts, and suppliers to optimize the program.
• Drive governance, SOP maintenance, and policy compliance across the contingent workforce program.
• Monitor staffing levels, hiring trends, and KPI performance; push improvements.
• Lead special projects and implement scalable solutions for talent acquisition.
