Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management in Warsaw, Poland. The role involves independent operation within a matrix, delivering integrated cross-functional planning and executing PM sub-teams with minimal supervision.

You will oversee plans, timelines, budgets, and resources across asset indications, coordinating with Clinical, Regulatory, CMC, and Safety teams to ensure strategic alignment and governance. Strong PM tools experience is essential.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in a scientific discipline with 5 years of drug development experience and 3 years in DD PM preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred for this role.
• Experience with drug development processes from IND/CTA submission to marketing authorization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans in ePlan for each assigned project with up-to-date metadata and timelines.
• Manage separate detailed plans in MS Project or Planner and ensure clear visibility of the critical path.
• Lead or partner with senior PM to deliver risk management and mitigations.
• Support governance prep including timelines, scenarios, budgets and resources.
• Oversee budget and resource health for each project and escalate concerns.
• Act as delegate for GPT Program Management Lead when needed.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Clinical, Regulatory, CMC, Safety and others.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and transformational PM initiatives.
