Qualifications

• Experience managing a regional benefits team.
• Strong data-driven analytical skills and ability to identify improvement opportunities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or Mercer Darwin benefits platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide Benefits subject matter expertise to the team, set priorities, assign tasks and monitor outcomes.
• Focus on data metrics to ensure SLAs and identify automation opportunities.
• Lead and collaborate on region-wide projects including open enrollments and global initiatives.
• Seek opportunities for process improvements and automation in benefit delivery.
• Maintain robust compliance controls in regional benefit processes for audits.
• Collaborate with Governance and Global Benefits Product Design to operationalize offerings.
• Oversee escalations and keep stakeholders informed of issues and resolutions.
• Manage regional knowledge documents to improve documentation and insight on benefit processes.
• Uphold high-quality standards in benefit operations to ensure exceptional service.
