Danish Crown Global Business Services (GBS) Krakow is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Apps & Automation team of nine, supporting Denmark and Poland. The role focuses on coaching, capability development, engagement, and delivering sustainable outcomes in a multinational setup. You will grow team competencies, plan capacity, collaborate with Service Owners and Domain Leadership, and drive recruitment and onboarding to meet current and future service demands.

Qualificações

• Experience leading cross-country teams.
• Experience with performance management, talent development, and competency planning.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and capacity management.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and people development skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience within automation and low-code platforms is considered an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop employees across the Apps & Automation team
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance and development dialogues
• Support employee wellbeing, engagement, motivation, and retention
• Identify future capability needs, competency gaps, and relevant development actions
• Drive recruitment and onboarding activities when new capabilities or capacity are needed
• Be accountable for high-quality, stable, and sustainable delivery against agreed service commitments
• Monitor and communicate team performance, delivery risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints
• Work closely with Service Owners and Domain Leadership on team capability, capacity, and delivery performance
• Ensure alignment between service priorities, team capacity, and delivery commitments
• Create clarity around goals, expectations, responsibilities, and accountability
• Encourage cross-functional collaboration and effective knowledge sharing
• Act as the escalation point for people-related matters and delivery challenges within the team
