Job summary

Danish Crown Global Business Services (GBS) in Krakow is seeking a strategic Global Process Owner for Talent Acquisition & Development to lead design, governance and continuous improvement of our global talent processes.

You will own end-to-end processes across Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance, Learning & Development, Succession, and Talent Reviews, driving standardization, digital transformation and operational excellence across a complex multinational organization.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or HR Operations.
• Proven success in process ownership, HR transformation, or continuous improvement roles.
• Strong understanding of HR technology and digital HR solutions, preferably SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern global Talent Acquisition and Talent Development processes.
• Design standardized, scalable, and efficient ways of working.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Partner with P&C, business leaders, Shared Services, and IT to optimize processes and systems.
• Define and monitor process KPIs and ensure continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance, process governance, and global best practice adoption.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement across a global organization.
• Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and standardization using Lean Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
