Danish Crown Global Business Services (GBS) in Kraków leads the Finance Systems Team, driving ownership, operation and continuous improvement of enterprise finance applications and related processes. The team ensures that finance systems are reliable, compliant, scalable and aligned with business and statutory requirements, enabling accurate financial reporting and efficient end-to-end finance operations.

As part of this team, you will act as the bridge between Finance and IT and play a key role

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance systems, finance operations, or transformation.
• Experience in complex or global environments.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong change management and standardization skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into system design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the S/4HANA rollout in the Finance track.
• Act as system SME for finance processes, ensuring alignment with policy and business needs.
• Optimize finance systems for accuracy, efficiency and compliance.
• Drive standardization and automation across finance processes.
• Manage change requests and coordinate with IT on testing and implementation.
• Maintain robust system-enabled financial controls for audits.
