Danish Crown Global Business Services (GBS) Kraków is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Apps & Automation team and drive performance across Denmark and Poland. You will coach nine teammates, shape capability development, and align with Service Owners and Domain Leadership to ensure delivery excellence.

The role focuses on people leadership, workforce planning, and delivery oversight, while strategic tech direction, architecture, and product ownership are handled elsewhere.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing cross-country technical teams.
• Experience with performance management and talent development.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and capacity management.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and people development skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience with automation and low-code platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop employees across the Apps & Automation team.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance and development dialogues.
• Support employee wellbeing, engagement, motivation, and retention.
• Identify future capability needs, competency gaps, and relevant development actions.
• Drive recruitment and onboarding activities when new capabilities or capacity are needed.
• Be accountable for high-quality, stable, and sustainable delivery against service commitments.
• Monitor and communicate team performance, delivery risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints.
