Job summary

Zooplus seeks a Senior Analyst, Loyalty Analytics, to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and measure loyalty program impact. You will define KPIs, build dashboards, and partner with Loyalty Product and Loyalty Business teams to drive growth.

The role blends hands-on analytics with stakeholder leadership and requires strong English communication. Headquartered in Munich with Krakow offices, the role offers hybrid work and exposure to international markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
5+ years of analytics experience in BI or loyalty analytics.
Advanced SQL proficiency with large datasets.
Python usage for analytics, automation, or statistics.
Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
Strong stakeholder management and communication to influence decisions.
Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Translate business questions into analytical approaches and insights for loyalty decisions.
Measure impact and incrementality of loyalty initiatives via experiments and cohort analysis.
Define and evolve KPIs for loyalty program performance and customer value.
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks enabling data-driven decisions.
Act as analytics partner for Loyalty Product and Loyalty Business teams.
Own prioritization of the loyalty analytics backlog aligned with strategy.
Communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
Promote best practices and improve measurement methodologies.
