Job summary

NWS Management AG in Kraków (hybrid) or Poland-wide remote is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Sales Operations & Commercial Analytics to partner with Industrial EMEA leadership, turning data into actionable insights that drive commercial performance.

You will build dashboards and KPI frameworks, align analytics with Sales, Finance, HR, and Sales Enablement, and support incentive governance and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial analytics, sales operations or related fields.
• Advanced Excel and BI tool expertise (Power BI/Qlik).
• Fluent English with ability to operate in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate data and market dynamics into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Lead development and improvement of dashboards, KPIs, and performance frameworks.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and Sales Enablement to align analytics with priorities.
• Support design and governance of Sales Incentive Plans and forecasting.
• Drive improvements in sales processes and commercial efficiency.
