Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
• Knowledge in Logistics / Supply Chain.
• Good project management knowledge.
• Good MS-Office knowledge.
• Willing to travel.
• Very good communication skills.
• Self-responsible, structured and solution-oriented working.
• Ability to deal with high complexity and pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational topics related to oversize transport route preparation for projects in the region.
• Plan and manage the transport process;
• Lead a team of dispatchers and forwarders.
• Optimize transport processes for productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Identify ways to increase revenue or reduce costs and waste.
• Analyze route profitability and meet budget targets.
• Participate in developing procedures and implement ongoing projects.
• Report transport department results and verify KPIs.
