Job summary

Westwing is seeking a Senior Last Mile Manager Nordics to own end-to-end delivery and returns operations across the Nordic region. You will manage carrier performance, rate architecture, and service quality while guiding one regional Coordinator and partnering with Customer Care.

The role requires hands-on leadership, data-driven process improvement, and development of AI-enabled workflows. You will spend about a third of your time in the field, riding with drivers, auditing hubs, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in last mile, transport, or ecommerce logistics.
• Experience managing carrier relationships, tenders, and multi-tier freight handling.
• Advanced proficiency in self-serve analytics (SQL, BI tools) and building AI agent workflows.
• Willingness to travel ~33% of time within the Nordics region.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Customer Care to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery and returns performance across the region.
• Lead carrier partnerships including tenders, rate cards, SLA enforcement, and data reviews.
• Spend time in the field for driver ride-alongs, hub audits, and root-cause analyses.
• Develop and deploy AI agents, automated workflows, and SQL data models.
• Partner with Customer Care to align KPIs and support initiatives.
• Lead and develop the Last Mile Coordinator and drive network innovations.
