Job summary

Nordex SE, within its Logistics / Material Management department, seeks an experienced professional in Warsaw to manage oversize transport operations for regional projects. You will lead dispatchers and forwarders, plan transport processes, and implement cost-saving optimisations while driving cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires a strong background in logistics, project management, and MS Office, with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a comparable position.
• Knowledge in Logistics / Supply Chain.
• Good Project Management knowledge.
• Good MS-Office knowledge.
• Willing to travel.
• Very good communication skills.
• Self-responsible, structured and solution-oriented working.
• Ability to deal with high complexity and pressure.

Responsibilities

• Reporting the results of the transport department.
• Verifying the correctness of KPIs.
• Implementing new, unconventional and innovative ideas, taking care of their implementation.
