Westwing, Europe’s leading home décor destination, seeks a Senior Last Mile Manager Nordics to own regional delivery and returns operations. You will lead carrier performance, rate contracts, and service quality, while inspiring a small team and collaborating with Customer Care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in last mile, transportation, or e‑commerce logistics with direct carrier relationships and P&L impact.
• Depth in home delivery networks and multi‑tier freight handling.
• Advanced analytics using SQL and BI tools; building AI agent workflows and automations.
• Willingness to travel ~33% regionally to audit hubs and depots.
• Strong collaboration with Customer Care to reduce complaints and improve NPS.
• Commercial acumen and experience leading or mentoring direct reports.
• Fluency in English; Nordic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery and returns performance across the region to ensure premium customer experience.
• Build and maintain carrier partnerships via tenders, rate cards, SLA enforcement, and data reviews.
• Spend ~1/3 of time in the field conducting driver ride‑alongs and depot audits.
• Develop and deploy self‑built AI agents, automated workflows, and SQL data models.
• Partner with Customer Care to establish Voice of the Customer routines and KPIs.
• Lead and develop one Last Mile Coordinator, focusing on high‑value exception management.
• Drive network innovations like PUDO, white‑glove delivery, and sustainable reverse logistics.
