Job summary

DGS Diagnostics is seeking an experienced Global Planning and Logistics Manager to own end-to-end supply chain across a global network. You will steer planning, logistics, and transportation, driving cross-functional initiatives with international teams.

With 5+ years in leadership of supply chain or logistics, you will optimize processes, implement data-driven decisions, and lead S&OP efforts across multiple locations while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or similar.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in supply chain or logistics.
  • Proven success in process optimization and operational improvement.
  • Experience with ERP systems, planning tools, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Lean or continuous improvement experience is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate across all organizational levels.

  • Lead and develop teams across Denmark and Poland.

We are looking for an experienced Global Planning and Logistics Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain and help take it to the next level. The role covers planning, logistics, and transportation across a global setup.

Your responsibilities:
  • Oversee and continuously optimize end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Lead and develop teams across Denmark and Poland, creating clarity, accountability, and engagement.
  • Use analytics and business insights to drive decision-making and improve performance.
  • Drive S&OP processes across multiple locations.
  • Partner with global sales companies to align demand, supply, and inventory plans while ensuring high customer service levels and efficient inventory management.
  • Define inventory strategies across international distribution hubs, balancing service, risk, and inventory investment.
  • Oversee global transportation flows across road, sea, and air freight, ensuring efficient movement of goods throughout the supply chain.
Operational Performance:
  • Monitor KPIs and drive operational improvements.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement smarter, cost-effective solutions.
Leadership:
  • Develop, coach, and empower your team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and execution.
What we hope you bring:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or similar.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in supply chain or logistics.
  • Proven success in process optimization and operational improvement.
  • Experience with ERP systems, planning tools, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Strong execution and continuous improvement mindset.Ability to improve workflows and reduce costs.

  • Experience in high-mix, low-volume or regulated industries is an advantage.
  • Lean or continuous improvement experience is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
