Job summary

Codilime in Warszawa, Poland invites an IT Team Leader to manage the IT Administration team, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient operation of company systems. You will lead risk assessments and drive governance for AI projects while maintaining hands-on leadership.

We seek strong leadership, English fluency, and deep experience in systems, networks, and cloud/virtualization environments to guide security, budget, and vendor management with a proactive, team-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as IT Team Leader/Manager.
• 5+ years as System or Network Administrator.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
• Experience with Atlassian products and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of NIS2 Directive and ISO/IEC 27001.
• Leadership experience and ability to drive security programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT Administration team, ensuring reliable operations.
• Align IT processes with regulatory frameworks (NIS2, AI Act).
• Lead security, privacy, and risk assessments for software and AI tools.
• Establish AI governance and secure infra frameworks.
• Support ISO 27001 compliance and continuous improvement.
• Monitor tech risk and manage IT budgets and vendor relations.
