Job summary

7N Sp. z o. o. in Warsaw is launching its first Security Department in Poland. We seek a Security Principal to lead, build, and scale this domain with high autonomy and direct impact on the Polish organization.

You will collaborate with HQ and maintain full responsibility for Security Department Poland, partnering with executives to drive delivery excellence and commercial growth. Hybrid work in Warsaw, with international support from HQ.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT/Security roles.
• 4+ years in senior leadership (CISO/Head of Security).
• Proven consulting with enterprise clients.
• Strong advisory capability with executives.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end accountability for delivery quality and customer satisfaction in Security.
• Team budget ownership and profitability responsibility.
• Recruitment, development, and mentoring of consultants.
• Participate in sales: presales, shaping offers, meetings.
• Collaborate with HQ while retaining operational responsibility.
• Implement and enforce security standards and services.
• Build and scale Security Practice in Poland with portfolio development.
