Job summary

CodiLime in Poland seeks an IT Team Leader to oversee the IT Administration team and align operations with regulatory frameworks such as NIS2 and AI Act. You will lead hands-on delivery while managing people and budgets.

The role emphasizes security, risk assessments, ISO/IEC 27001, vendor negotiations, and governance for internal AI-driven projects. Fluent English and Polish required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT; 5+ years as IT or InfoSec Team Leader/Manager; 5+ years as System/Network Administrator
• Professional proficiency in English and Polish (minimum C1)
• Experience in managing Google Workspace and Atlassian
• Network administration and management
• At least one virtualization management system or cloud (Proxmox, VMware, Hyper‑V, oVirt, AWS, GCP or Azure)
• Knowledge of NIS2 Directive and its IT implementation
• Hands-on experience with ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Administration hands-on while managing people.
• Ensure IT infrastructure and internal processes comply with NIS2 and AI Act.
• Conduct security, privacy, and risk assessments for software and third-party solutions.
• Establish secure infrastructure and AI governance standards for internal AI-driven projects.
• Maintain and improve the ISMS in line with ISO/IEC 27001.
• Monitor upcoming cybersecurity and privacy regulations and update policies and systems accordingly.
• Identify and mitigate operational, technical, and data security risks.
• Manage IT budgets, including contract negotiations and vendor management.
