Job summary

Qualifications
- Proven experience managing technical teams (min. 10 people).
- At least 2 years in leading expert-level teams.
- Experience planning teams using Agile in an Atlassian environment.
- Fluent Polish and English for collaboration with international partners.
Responsibilities
- Plan and organize work of the IT team.
- Ensure SLA/KPI targets and IT service continuity.
- Collaborate on standards across IT and with client project teams.
- Oversee time and tasks of team members within projects.
- Improve efficiency in IT support processes.
- Provide expert-level technical support to the team.
