Job summary

Specific-Group Poland is expanding its Kraków hub and seeks a senior recruiter to build recruiting capacity as the site grows from 60 to 100 engineers. You will own end-to-end recruitment for Java and banking-domain talent, collaborate with HR Admin and hiring managers, and help shape local culture.

The role is hybrid in Kraków, with 2-3 office days, UoP or B2B, and a focus on high-quality hires who stay long-term.

Qualifications

• Requires proven experience hiring software engineers in Poland.
• Direct sourcing of senior engineers via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer.
• Fluent Polish (C1/C2) and English (C1) to work with local market and group.
• Experience building referral programs and improving recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring across Java and banking-domain roles in Kraków.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including onboarding and retention.
• Brief hiring managers and keep requirements aligned with current needs.
• Maintain a clean ATS and measure recruitment metrics.
• Build and measure a referral program with engineering teams.
