Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in recruitment in international environments.
• Experience with agency, executive search or RPO is preferred.
• Knowledge of full recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Run recruitment projects: sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure delivery.
• Provide market insights on conditions and competitor intelligence.
• Maintain databases and reports accurately.
• Manage workload and competing priorities efficiently.
