People More is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager (Software & Embedded Systems) with Dutch C1 for remote work. You will lead multiple software and embedded projects, manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and delivery, and ensure clear communication with clients and internal teams.

You will coordinate distributed teams across Poland and the Netherlands, apply SDLC best practices, and drive agile processes (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Fluent Dutch and English are required.

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Senior IT Project Manager (Software & Embedded Systems) | Dutch C1 | Remote.

Your duties will include:

• Lead and coordinate multiple software and embedded development projects, taking responsibility for project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and delivery.
• Monitor project progress and ensure clear, consistent communication with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain effective project governance, reporting structures, and delivery processes.
• Support stakeholders in backlog prioritization, requirements management, and product ownership activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, ensuring alignment between business objectives and project outcomes.
• Coordinate daily activities and collaboration between distributed teams based in Poland and the Netherlands.
• Identify and resolve delivery challenges, manage dependencies, and adapt project plans to changing priorities and constraints.
• Ensure effective resource coordination and stakeholder alignment across multiple projects.
• Improve project management practices, tools, workflows, and internal delivery standards.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.

Requirements that must be met:

• At least 7 years of professional experience managing software development projects in cooperation with international clients.
• Proven experience managing several projects simultaneously and coordinating geographically distributed teams.
• Strong practical knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software delivery processes.
• Ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders, understand their objectives, and translate business needs into actionable project priorities.
• Extensive experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Odoo.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and OpenAI tools.
• Excellent organizational skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and sound decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage complex client relationships and resolve project-related challenges effectively.
• Fluent Dutch and English (minimum C1 level in both languages), including professional business communication.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams in a fully remote working environment.
