People More seeks a Technical Project Lead – AI/ML to drive end-to-end AI initiatives. You will translate business concepts into technical roadmaps, manage client expectations, and lead a small, international team from Kraków or remote.

You will hands-on develop Python-based AI/ML solutions, oversee architecture, and ensure delivery within agreed schedules while communicating complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Project Lead – AI/ML | Python | Computer Vision | NLP.

Your Duties Will Include

• Translate approved business concepts and client requirements into clearly defined technical scopes, implementation roadmaps, and realistic project timelines.

Lead the technical delivery of AI/ML projects, ensuring architectural consistency, high engineering standards, and alignment with business objectives.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML solutions, including Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) models.
• Actively contribute to software development, writing and reviewing Python code and implementing AI/ML solutions.
• Coordinate engineering activities, delegate technical tasks, and review the work of other developers when working with a team.
• Oversee the technical architecture and technology stacks across multiple projects, identifying opportunities for reusability and standardization.
• Evaluate available frameworks, tools, and technologies, making informed decisions between custom-built solutions and existing platforms.
• Identify technical dependencies, potential risks, and delivery challenges, ensuring projects remain aligned with agreed schedules.
• Serve as the main technical contact for clients and stakeholders, providing updates, managing expectations, and explaining complex technical decisions in an understandable way.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Requirements That Must Be Met

• At least 5 years of full-time professional experience in software engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or related technical roles.
• Proven experience in leading technical projects, including defining project scope, preparing timelines, coordinating delivery, and communicating with stakeholders.
• Strong hands-on programming experience with Python, including developing and maintaining production-level code.
• Practical experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
• Solid technical knowledge and practical experience in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and/or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models and solutions.
• Good understanding of software architecture, technical design principles, and engineering best practices.
• Ability to evaluate technical approaches, select appropriate tools, and make architectural decisions.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams, reviewing code, and coordinating technical activities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage technical responsibilities across multiple projects while maintaining a hands-on approach to development
• Very good English and Polish
