Job summary

People More is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to own AI projects from analysis to deployment, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions.

You will design end-to-end architectures, select models and frameworks, guide engineers, and drive production-ready implementations in a fully remote or hybrid setup. Excellent English and Polish required.

Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in at least one AI-related area.
• Strong Python development skills and ML tooling.

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Senior AI Solutions Engineer

Your duties will include:

• Taking ownership of AI projects throughout their lifecycle, from initial analysis and solution design to development, production deployment, and handover.
• Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to identify challenges, gather requirements, and define achievable project objectives
• Designing technical solutions, establishing project scope, and preparing realistic implementation plans.
• Developing and implementing AI-based solutions involving machine learning, computer vision, large language models (LLMs), AI agents, and intelligent automation.
• Evaluating and selecting suitable AI models, frameworks, platforms, and existing tools to ensure efficient and practical implementation.
• Providing technical guidance to engineers and project contributors, coordinating activities, and managing dependencies across teams.
• Presenting technical recommendations, explaining potential limitations, and assessing implementation costs and risks.
• Assessing the feasibility and business value of proposed AI applications, challenging assumptions, and recommending alternative approaches when appropriate.
• Working closely with product and platform teams to transform successful AI implementations into scalable and reusable solutions.
• Participating in technical reviews, contributing to engineering best practices, and supporting the professional development of less-experienced engineers.

Requirements that must be met:

At least 5 years of professional experience in developing and delivering AI or machine learning solutions.

Strong understanding of modern AI technologies and software engineering principles, combined with advanced expertise in at least one AI-related area.

Very good knowledge of Python and practical experience working with AI/ML libraries and frameworks.

Proven track record of implementing AI solutions in production environments, beyond research and proof-of-concept stages.

Experience designing end-to-end AI architectures, covering data processing, models, APIs, system integrations, deployment, and monitoring.

Experience leading technical projects or complex workstreams involving multiple engineers, teams, and business stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate technical approaches and recommend appropriate solutions.

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts, clarify requirements, and challenge assumptions constructively.

Practical, solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on business needs rather than specific technologies.

Ability to work independently, make technical decisions, and manage projects with evolving or initially undefined requirements.

Relevant university degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
